Dickinson Days Event

The Dickinson Days event is the Signature Project for the Kiwanis Club of Manotick, and also a community service project.

Dickinson Days is an annual festival in the historic village of Manotick Ontario, held on the first weekend in June.

In 1985, it began as a birthday celebration for Moss Kent Dickinson, the founder of Manotick, mayor of Ottawa, and builder of Watson’s Mill, and has developed into a weekend festival with a parade, fireworks, entertainment, live music performances, wagon rides, pancake breakfast, BBQ, meals, craft booths, farmers market, activities for kids, rock bands, tours at Watson’s Mill & Dickinson House, Doors Open Ottawa.

Come and enjoy FREE fun for the whole family, people of all ages, in the historic village of Manotick – in Ottawa, Canada’s capital!

It is an annual event with all members of the Kiwanis Club of Manotick participating and volunteering their time to make it a success. Many people attend from Manotick, Ottawa, and beyond.

The Dickinson Days 2024 event was an overwhelming success with great sunny weather, lots of people in attendance and more than ever things to experience and do.
